GreaseBots was formed here at Industrial Robotix. With over 15 years experience in PM servicing industrial robots, we needed a new solution for greasing and PM servicing robots. In addition, as it developed, we added safety measures to greatly reduce the chances for pushing seals out of the gearboxes. We added HMI and PLC controls for ease of use, and developed programs that can be edited for hundreds of different robot models. Working with Big 3 automotive facilities, we added features that were requested by some of the most critical people who will ever use a GreaseBot. And just like that, GreaseBots became a product.
GreaseBots are manufactured in the USA in our Industrial Robotix facility in Greenville Pennsylvania. We utilize some of the most state-of-the-art equipment to produce them such as Okuma CNC machines, Omax water jet, Fanuc robot welding cells, Amada CNC Press brake, Hypertherm CNC plasma, Creaform laser scanners reverse-engineering, and more! Our Engineers utilize software such as Solidworks, SolidCAM, VXModel, Rockwell Studio 5000, and more to create what we feel is one of the most unique products to ever hit the market for robot PM service.
Greasebots are able to supply the most demanding customers - Automotive. As the product has launched over the past few years, we've handled orders from FCA Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Tesla, Toyota, General Motors, Magna, and Tower Automotive. Moving forward we feel we are going to change the way robots are serviced across the entire industry with this product and what's to come!
