GreaseBot Drum Pump Sub Assembly
If you have a pump that is not functioning correctly, they're very easy to swap out. While we expect and have experienced very little to no issues with these pump systems, in time-critical situations it might make sense to keep one on the shelf to swap with one that may have malfunctioned for whatever reason. Four bolts, pull the malfunctioning unit out, drop this unit in, hook up air and control cables, and you're back up and running.
Included in this sub assembly are:
- Tube/Flange weldment, powder coated
- 4" dia drive cylinder
- Drive shaft with alignment coupling
- 2" pump cylinder
- Inflow and outflow check valves
- Linear transducer with custom billet mount
- Linear transducer actuation mechanism with all components required
- Piping and pressure relief valve
- Speed control pneumatic fittings
