Product Overview
The patented GB100 system is coming soon! This system features our latest design in solenoid valving and controls to allow for an additional pumping axis using existing hardware. Mounted to a convenient dolly, this pump is easy to maneuver in very tight areas. The GB100 allows for two axis to be greased simultaneously. There will be two versions of the GB100 - visual and recipe driven. The visual system will require the operator to stop each pump from dispensing when the purged grease is clean. The recipe driven system uses flow sensors to pump a pre-determined amount of grease into each gearbox. This system requires a larger HMI, and additional controls hardware.
Safe pumping technology is done through our proprietary algorithms. Our pumps are intelligent - they are programmed to making dispensing grease into your robots as safe as possible without sacrificing speed or efficency. Our pumps are factory-calibrated and vastly reduce the likelyhood of pushed seals and leaks.
Now on Generation 4, Some features include:
- Light weight and portable dolly system
- Simple operation,
- Optional Pre-programmed recipes for many popular robots
- Optional Programs are easily added, manipulated, and deleted as required
- Optiona Large color display for pump operations
- Optional Password-protection
- Tested and proven patent-pending mechanical and eletrical technology
- Proprietary algorithims make pumping as safe as possible, no more pushed-seals
- 25 foot hoses
- Industry standard Allen Bradley controls with Ethernet I/P technology
Traditional methods of greasing robots with stanard or pneumatic greasing guns (single axis) can take 4-6 hours or more. The risk of damaging seals is quite substantial as these pumps put out incredible amounts of pressure with very little flow. Our systems are exactly opposite - we balance flow and pressure and never exceed the factory recommended pressures within the gearboxes (provided the vents are open during the greasing process). The GB100 system is able to grease a large Fanuc R2000i-sized robot in 90 minutes or less. The time / labor savings alone is substantial.
The GB100 system is coming soon. Pricing and availability TBD.
