Product Overview
The patented GB600 is our flagship system designed to simultaneously pump all 6-axis of large industrial robots. Robots that utilize the same grease or oil media in every axis benefit the best from this system. It is designed to submerge the pumps into a 55 gallon drum of media (Vigo, Moly, Aerospace Lubricants, or oils) and draw the media from the bottom of the barrel. Each pump is individually controlled by the Allen Bradley PLC system. The system individually monitors pressures and amounts dispensed each stroke for each pump. Controls are simple to use and are done so through an Allen Bradley Panelview HMI.
Safe pumping technology is done through our proprietary algorithms. Our pumps are intelligent - they are programmed to making dispensing grease into your robots as safe as possible without sacrificing speed or efficency. Our pumps are factory-calibrated and vastly reduce the likelyhood of pushed seals and leaks.

Traditional methods of greasing robots with stanard or pneumatic greasing guns (single axis) can take 4-6 hours or more. The risk of damaging seals is quite substantial as these pumps put out incredible amounts of pressure with very little flow. Our systems are exactly opposite - we balance flow and pressure and never exceed the factory recommended pressures within the gearboxes (provided the vents are open during the greasing process). The GB600 system is able to grease a large Fanuc R2000i-sized robot in 30 minutes or less. The time / labor savings alone is substantial. Plants using these systems have seen and documented (Kaizen study) savings over $300,000 annually with one pump alone!
