What's new and what's up and coming with GreaseBots
At GreaseBots we know more can be done to maximize time and efficiency when greasing robots on a line. Removing zerks and plugs on robots that are integrated into cells is cumbersome, dangerous, and time consuming. We are working on a new onboard fitting system that stays on the robot. Roll up the pump, plug it in, grease, unplug, and move on. No more wrenching on inverted robots on rails or over conveyors etc - this quick-connect system eliminates all of that. Leak free, low profile, added strength and rigidity. Grease line strain relief is added, and additional pressure relief valves are standard. Fill side with vent side options. CNC machined from billet aluminum, these parts are manufactured at our facility in Greenville, PA. We are currently conducting field testing on prototypes. Once complete the fittings will be available for most all popular robot brands and models. More details to be released soon. Our expectation is to have them ready by Q4 of calendar year 2019.
Soon after will be a spent-grease evacuation system!
